塑料浮选药剂

有关塑料浮选的润湿机理，主要存在由范德华色散力及氢键作用而导致的选择性物理吸附，由疏水相互作用和静电作用导致的物理吸附以及主要以静电作用为基础的物理吸附三种观点。目前用于塑料浮选的药剂，主要是木质素磺酸盐，单宁酸，明胶，白雀树皮汁，司盘，褐煤蜡，月桂醇，增塑剂DIDP，聚糖，水玻璃，醋酸纤维素等。

THE REAGENTS OF PLASTICS FLOTATION

There are three points of view about the w etting mechanism in the flotation separation of plastics, namely (a) the adsorpt ion of reagents on plastics is mainly driven by physisorption, the interaction f orce include the dispersive van-der-waals force as well as hydrogen bondings, electrostatic interactions occur seldom because of the absence of a minimum amou nt of free charge carriers; (b) the interaction force include hydrophobic intera ctions and electrostatic forces, hydrogen bonding is not involved in the adsorpt ion on plastics; (c) the interaction is mainly driven by electrostatic forces un der the conditions of the presence of bivalent cations such as calcium. At prese nt, the reagents of plastics flotation include lignosulphonate, tannic acid, gel atine, quebracho, saponin, montan wax, lauryl alcohol, diisodecyl phthalate, sor bitan monolaurate, sodium silicate, acetate cellulose, etc.
