摘    要:在求解热油管道温度场、压力场的基础上,给出了其包括压Yong、压Yong流密度、压Yong传递系数及其常影响因子在内的Yong传递分析指标。对大庆油田某热油管道的应用数值模拟表明:Yong传递分析不仅可对管道输送过程主导势场Yong传递的时空变化规律进行描述,对温度场、压力场二基本势场的协同作用机制作以合理解释,还提出了诸如增大压力可有效提高输油管道的压Yong传递系数等改进输送过程的技术途径。

Abstract:Based on the numerical results of the temperature and pressure field for the thermal oil pipeline, the exergy transfer analysis guide lines including pressure exergy, pressure exergy flux, pressure exergy coefficient and its influence factor were obtained. The numerical simulation for some thermal oil pipeline in Daqing Oil Field shows that: the exergy transfer analysis can not only describe the space-time change law of exergy transfer of the leading field for the pipeline processes, but also explain rationally the synergy mechanism of pressure field and temperature field. The technical approaches of improving the pipeline transferring processes were proposed. One example is that the pressure exergy transfer coefficient of oil transferring pipeline can be increased effectively by increasing the pressure.
