摘    要:以丙烯酰氧丁基磺酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和无机材料为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了一种低相对分子质量的无机-有机单体聚合物17GX,对其用于钻井液的性能进行了评价,并且17GX在中原油田现场进行了应用。室内及现场应用试验结果表明,无机-有机单体聚合物17GX抗温、抗钙污染、降滤失和防塌能力强,热稳定性好,适用于各种水基泥浆体系。

Abstract:A low molecular weight inorganic-organic copolymer 17GX was synthesized by redox initation using acrylacyloxy butyl sulfoacid, acrylamide, acrylic acid, and inorganic material as raw materials. The properties of the copolymer as drilling fluid auxiliary were evaluated in laboratory. 17GX was applied in Zhongyuan Oil Field. The laboratory and field experiment results showed that inorganic -organic polymer 17GX as drilling fluid filtrate reducer had very good effects of depressing filter loss, heat resistance, and salt tolerance. It was suitable for all water based mud system.
