摘    要:介绍了胜利炼油厂现有三旋的概况和存在的问题 ,并以近几年新开发的PSC型高效旋风管为基础 ,通过计算确定了现有三旋的改造方案。提出的改造方案 ,不仅满足了工艺要求 ,而且使三旋内构件动改量较小 ,大大节约了改造费用。

Abstract:In this paper, the third stage multitube separator and its existing problems in FCCU(fluid catalyst cracking unit) of Shengli Refinery is presented and the revamp plan of the third multitube separator is determined through calculation on the basis of a new efficient separating single tube(Type PSC)developed in recent year. This plan not only meets for the processing requirement,but also makes minimum modification to the inner parts, saving a great deal of investment.
