本征导电高分子材料及复合材料的研究

摘    要:阐述了以聚苯胺为代表的本征导电高分子的性质和特点 ,介绍了其与普通高分子共混而成的一类新型复合材料 ,并对其导电机理、应用价值及共混方法作了回顾和总结 ,并且对不同的共混和加工工艺进行了讨论 ,指出了机械共混法是规模化生产最具可行性的手段

Abstract:The present paper introduced the character and property of inherently conductive polymers (ICP) represented by polyaniline. The composites made by mixing ICP with polymer resins were described. The potential application and recent progress about ICP composites were reviewed. The main processing method such as melt mixing and its feasibility were discussed in detail.
