| 摘 要： | 详细描述了高性能西门子S7-200PLC在糊口机同步控制系统中的应用,根据塑编行业生产线的特点,提出了基于PID和补偿原理的多电机同步控制方案。应用结果表明,本控制系统具有控制精度高、运行稳定可靠、投资成本低等特点,能够满足高速糊口机生产线的控制要求。

| Abstract: | This text details the application of S7-200 PLC on synchronized control system of sticking mouth of bag machine,and puts forward a multi-motor synchronous driving control system based on PID and compensation theory.The real world running of system shows that the control system has good control effectiveness,and satisfies the control requirements of the high-speed sticking mouth of bag machine. |
