| Abstract: | In this thesis, all risks of real estate investment are analysed a scientific evaluation index system is formulated, and all kinds of investment risks applying the fuzzy-overall assessment are evaluated. The application of the evaluation method can provide the administrator with a tool to wholly understand risk existing in the project and make the decision more scientific. |
