单腔压缩机滑片主要参数研究

以国产化意大利某公司的单工作腔滑片式压缩机为背景，结合设计、加工、样机试制过程中的具体要求以及样机的运行状态，探求理论根据，为进一步的研究、开发工作打好基础。重点讨论对滑片压缩机的性能有很大影响的滑片几何参数进行了分析；针对样机滑片与气缸内表面摩擦比较严重的问题，提出了一些解决的方案。

A study of main structure of sliding vanes of the single cavity vane compressor

This paper is bused on the single - cavity vane compressor made by some company in Italy. Combined with design, machining and the special demand in the working process we search for the theory foundation of the vane compressors and make a buse for an further study and empolder. In this paper, the parameter of geometry which is the main factor of compressor performance has been analyzed. Aiming at the problem of serious fret away between the sliding vane and cylinder in the prototype, some solution is established.
