适合切断方矩管材的飞锯结构

当前一些直缝焊管机组所配备的垂直进锯型飞锯因易造成切断端面严重变形，不适合锯切正位生产的方矩型类管材。通过成功地塬垂直进锯飞锯机的实例，介绍了一种既能切断圆管，又以切断的各类异型管杜的飞锯。

Structure of Fly Saw Suitable to Cut Square Pipes

The vertical feed fly saw, equiped on most straight welding pipe sets, can not be suitable to cut square shaped pipes because of serious deformation on the cut face. A fly saw which can cut not only circular pipes but also varied specical shaped pipes is introduced through an examble of successfully improving the vertical feed fly saw. The mechanism scheme, positions of turning point and power characterictics are optimized by improving the fly saw locus with approximate angle feed and return. Rational arrangement is, then, made on the pushing cylinder so that the problem of damage caused by viberation can be overcome effectively. This will give references for improvement of the cutting quality of special shaped pipes, remake of same sets and optimization of other fly saws.
