常压炉空气预热器热管失效原因及对策

摘    要:中国石化洛阳分公司常减压蒸馏装置常压炉空气预热器热管存在严重的积灰和腐蚀问题。通过对翅片热管积灰成固和腐蚀原因分析,提出提高热管壁温、采用ND钢、热管外敷非金属材料、燃油中加添加剂以及增加除灰设施来减缓腐蚀。对减压炉空气预热器烟气出口端的10排热管进行了涂敷搪瓷处理,将常压炉空气预热器烟气侧中后部及出口13排热管更换为无机热传导热管,其中后10排热管材质升级为ND钢,并在常压炉预热器烟气侧增设燃气脉冲吹灰设施。运行表明,达到了防腐蚀并延长使用寿命的目的。

Abstract:The air preheater tubes in the furnace of the atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit in Luoyang Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. has suffered severe ash build - up and corrosion. Through the analysis of the ash build - up in the finned tubes and corrosion failure, effective measures have been proposed to reduce the corrosion such as increasing of the shell temperature of the heat tubes, application of ND steel and heat tubes coated with non - metallic materials, addition of additives into the fuel oil and installation of ash blowing facility. The 10 rows of tubes at the outlet of the air preheater in the vacuum furnace were coated with enamel, the 13 rows of tubes in the air preheater of the atmospheric furnace were replaced with inorganic heat transfer tubes and ND tubes and fuel gas pulse ash blower was installed for the flue gas of the preheater of the atmospheric furnace. The operation shows that the above measures have reduced the corrosion and extended the service life of the preheaters.
