摘    要:唐钢建设的1座12.5kPa、1.0×105m3高压曼式煤气柜在高炉煤气系统中入网运行,建立了煤气柜和煤气放散塔PLC控制系统间的连锁控制体系.实现了高炉煤气无放散、发电量剧增、稳定了高炉煤气系统的压力、增加了系统的缓冲能力,确保了高炉煤气系统的长期稳定、安全运行.为唐钢创造了巨大的经济效益,同时减少了CO、CO2、粉...

Abstract:12.5kPa,10 million cubic meters high man-type gasholder run on the blast furnace gas system all the time,and created a link between the gas tank and gas emission PLC control system.It made to zero-loss of blast furnace gas,the increasing power generation,the stability of the blast furnace gas pressure,the stronger buffering capacity of system.Because of the improved gas system,a great economic benefit was created,and the CO,CO2,dust emissions into the air was reduced.
