摘    要:利用静态失重法和电化学动电位扫描技术,辅以X射线衍射(XRD)技术,研究了在含H2S/CO2的模拟油田水溶液中元素硫含量和温度对L360管线钢的腐蚀行为的影响。研究结果表明:元素硫的存在加速了L360管线钢的全面腐蚀,并导致严重的局部腐蚀;腐蚀速率随着含H2S/CO2的模拟油田水溶液中元素硫含量和温度的升高先增加后减小,在元素硫含量达到20 g/L及温度为70℃时腐蚀速率最大。L360管线钢在含硫的H2S/CO2模拟油田水溶液中的腐蚀产物与未添加元素硫时一致,均为马基诺矿型晶粒(FeS1-x,Mackinawite)。图7表2参8

Abstract:The influence of elemental sulphur on corrosion behavior of L360 steel in H2S/CO2 solution was studied by means of weight loss method,electrochemical method and X-ray diffraction.The results showed that elemental sulphur could accelerate the corrosion of L360 steel,and cause serious localized corrosion.The corrosion rate first increased and then decreased with the sulphur content and temperature increased.The peak of corrosion rate appeared at dosage of 20 g/L of elemental sulphur and at the temperature of ...
