摘    要:目前,对采出液中的HPAM浓度的测定多采用淀粉-碘化镉光度法,该方法受干扰因素多,检测结果误差大,存在实验有毒性且会对实验人员和环境造成不小的危害。本文对高效液相色谱检测法作了初步探讨,确定了色谱检测的关键数据,分别对色谱柱、检测波长、流动相、流速和进样体积的基础值进行筛选,并对数据的真实性进行验证。表4图2参3
