摘    要:稠油油藏多轮次吞吐井采用常规覆膜砂建立的挡砂屏障挡砂效果差,无法满足蒸汽吞吐井一次防砂、多轮注汽的要求。针对常规覆膜砂在覆膜工艺、覆膜材料等方面的不足,设计研制了由预固化层、可固化层和惰性层构成的高温多层覆膜支撑剂。同时,根据蒸汽吞吐井的井底高温、湿度环境建立了湿热法评价系统,对高温多层覆膜支撑剂进行了高温蒸汽老化实验,并与常规高温覆膜砂进行了对比。实验结果表明,经过四轮高温蒸汽后,高温多层覆膜支撑剂和常规高温覆膜砂的抗压强度分别为7.1、3.6 MPa,渗透率分别为87、29μm^2,前者的抗压强度较高,导流能力良好。将高温多层覆膜支撑剂用于现场试验,施工后4口井平均日产液25.8 t,平均日产油11.4 t,累计产油6475.9 t,防砂、增油效果良好,满足稠油油藏一次防砂多轮次注汽的要求,应用前景良好。
