基于PMAC的三维激光加工自动编程系统的研究

摘    要:针对三维激光加工的特点和具体要求,介绍了作者在开放式数控系统PMAC平台上,利用通用CAD/CAM软件Unigraphics(UG)的CAM模块,从CAD模型中提取5轴联动数控加工的刀轨数据,并经后置处理转化为激光三维加工的机床数据,然后在MATLAB中进行仿真,最后生成PMAC数控代码进行加工。开发出的-C维激光加工软件实用性强,可快速、高效地完成对三维复杂形状工件的激光加工。

Abstract:In this paper, the motion control of the laser head during laser processing is analyzed. Base on the platform of PMAC and with the help of CAM module of UG, position data and normal vector from CAD model are extracted, then the corresponding post processing of these data. The processing is simulated in MATLAB environment, finally PMAC NC code for processing are generated. The developed laser processing CAM system is practical with high speed and high efficiency for laser processing of complex 3 D parts.
