激光熔覆TiCp/Ni基合金复合涂层中TiCp的行为

摘    要:通过激光熔覆TiCp/Ni基合金复合涂层微观组织的研究表明,TiC颗粒在熔覆过程中表面发生部分溶解,当凝固时,溶解的部分TiC在残留TiC颗粒上重新外延生长析出,并与基体合金元素产生附加合金化,同时,TiC颗粒成为从激光熔体凝固各相优先形核的基底;TiC颗粒与凝固前沿间的相互作用控制其微观分布。

Abstract:Investigation into the microstructure of laser clad TiCp/Ni based alloy composite coating suggested that partial dissolution of TiC particulates occurred at their surface in the melting stage of laser cvadding, and some of the dissolved TiC epitaxially precipitated on the remaining ones upon cooling. The epitaxial TiC layer has an additional precipitation on the remaining ones upon cooling. The epitaxial TiC layer has an additional alloying with elements from the matrix. Meanwhile, TiC particulates acted as preferred numcleation sites of different phases formed from the laser melt. TiC particulate distribution is dominated by the interaction between the particulates and the solidification fronts.
