| 摘 要： | 当今，中国工程承包业正迎来走向世界的大好机遇，随之而来的也有艰辛和风险，特别在工程成本的控制与管理层面，面临着巨大的挑战。文章在总结海外工程项目特点的基础上，指出了海外工程与国内工程项目成本构成的差异，从各方面分析海外工程项目成本构成的特点，提出控制海外工程项目成本的策略和方法，包含了如何，进行成本管理等方面的具体内容，对于承接海外工程项目、估算工程成本和提高项目管理水平有着积极的意义。
