摘    要:控轧控冷特厚板主要应用于造船、建筑、桥梁、容器、水电及大直径输送管线等领域.60 mm以上特厚板在轧制过程中存在厚向变形不均匀性,数值模拟是研究这一问题的理想手段.考虑轧制过程钢板与空气间换热系数随温度的变化及高温辐射传热,采用有限元模拟软件DEFORM-3D研究了100 mm特厚板轧制成形过程中粗轧道次、中间坯厚度及精轧道次对截面变形不均匀性的影响.研究结果已应用于实际特厚板轧制生产线.

Abstract:Ultra-heavy plate was mainly used in shipbuilding,construction,bridge,container,hydropower,large diameter delivery pipeline,etc.Deformation inhomogeneity was found in the thickness direction during rolling process of the ultra-heavy plates with thickness more than 60 mm.Numerical simulation was an ideal solution to the above problem.The effect of rough rolling passes,intermediate billet thickness and fine rolling passes on section deformation inhomogeneity was investigated by using the finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D.The research results were applied in the practical ultra-heavy plate production line.
