摘    要:板坯结晶器内钢液流动会影响铸坯的质量,控制和优化结晶器内钢液流动对于提高铸坯质量具有重要意义.电磁控制技术已经成为控制和优化结晶器内钢液流动的重要技术.论述了结晶器内钢液流动对铸坯质量的影响,并介绍了结晶器内钢液流动的电磁场控制技术和特点,以及在钢厂的应用.

Abstract:The quality of CC slab was affected by the molten steel flowing in mold.Accordingly it was extremely important to control and optimize the molten steel flow in mold for improving the quality.Electromagnetic control techniques became the important method to control and optimize the molten steel flow in mold.The effects of the molten steel flow in slab mold on the quality of slab were discussed.The electromagnetic control techniques,as well as their characteristics and the application in steel plants were introduced.
