摘    要:以粉末试样压片制样,用基本参数法校正基体效应,采用X射线荧光分析方法测定降硫催化剂中的锌含量.考察了标准试样的均匀性以及工作曲线的精密度和准确度.结果表明,标准溶液加入法制备的试样可满足分析需要;采用X射线荧光工作曲线分析法,测定标准试样的分析值与理论值的最大相对偏差为1.670%,测定改性LDO催化剂试样的最大相对标准偏差小于1.500%,说明该方法准确度和精密度均较高.

Abstract:The content of Zn in desulfurization catalyst LDO was measured by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with fundamental parameter method.The samples were prepared in the form of pellets.The influences of standard sample homogeneity and the accuracy and precision of run curve were discussed.The results showed that the standard samples prepared by standard solution addition method could meet the needs of the determination.In applying the run carve of X-ray fluorescene to the analysis of standard samples,the maximum relative deviation between measured value and theoretical value was 1.670%,and less than 1.500% for modified LDO catalyst,implying this method had higher accuracy and precision.
