磷钨酸-SBA-15分子筛催化氧化吸附脱除直馏柴油中硫化物

摘    要:采用原位合成法制备出磷钨酸(HPWA) - SBA - 15分子筛催化剂.以其为催化剂,直馏柴油为原料,采用静态催化氧化吸附法进行脱硫实验.结果表明,最佳脱硫反应条件为:HPWA质量分数30%,吸附时间60 min,吸附温度70℃,氧化剂(过氧化氢特丁基)用量0.05 mL.在此条件下,脱硫率达到36.17%.

Abstract:The supported catalyst phosphowolframic acid-SBA-15 molecular sieve was prepared by in-situ method.With this catalyst,the sulfides were removed from straight-run diesel by static catalytic oxidation adsorption method.The results showed that under the optimum conditions of the mass fraction of HPWA 30%,time 60min,temperature 70℃,the amount of tertiary butyl hydroperoxide 0.05mL,the sulfur removal rate was 36.17%.
