复合型C8芳烃异构化催化剂的制备及评价

摘    要:通过将乙苯(EB)脱烷基化催化剂和二甲苯异构化催化剂合理复配,开发了一种复合型C8芳烃异构化催化剂。利用实验室固定床反应器,在反应温度为380~420℃,反应压力为1.6 MPa,空速为3~15 h-1,氢烃摩尔比小于2.0的条件下,对所制备催化剂的反应性能进行了评价。结果表明,EB转化率大于60.00%,芳烃二甲苯异构化率大于23.00%,收率大于97.50%,损失率小于2.00%。

Abstract:A new complex isomerization catalyst for C8 aromatics was prepared by rationally mixing ethylbenzene(EB) dealkylation catalyst with xylene isomerization catalyst. In a fixed - bed reactor of la- boratory,the reaction behavior of the complex cata- lyst was evaluated under the condition of tempera- ture 380 - 420 ℃ , reaction pressure 1. 6 MPa, WHSV(weight hourly space velocity) 3 -15 h^-1,the hydrogen to hydrocarbon mole ratio less than 2.0. The results showed that the conversion of EB, the isomerization rate of xylene and the yield were more than 60.00% , 23.00% , 97.50% respective- ly,and the aromatic loss was less than 2.00%.
