摘    要:介绍了LY-C2-02碳二后加氢催化剂在中国石油兰州石化公司24万t/a乙烯装置和中国石油辽阳石化公司20万t/a乙烯装置上的应用情况。结果表明,在兰州石化公司装置,一、二、三段反应器除炔量分别为0.63%,0.47%,0.17%;温升分别为31.8,28.9,15.9℃;3段反应器催化剂寿命均超过3年。在辽阳石化公司装置,当一段反应器入口物料中乙炔的体积分数为1.9%~2.5%时,平均总选择性为43%;一、二段反应器平均除炔量分别为1.85%,0.35%;温升分别为76.4,23.1℃;预计2段反应器催化剂寿命可超过3年。

Abstract:The commercial application of catalyst LY- C2 -02 for back end hydrogenation of C2 fraction was introduced in a 240 kt/a ethylene unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina and in a 200 kt/a ethylene unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,Petrochina. The results showed that for the commercial test in Lanzhou , the acetylene removal rates in the 1st,2 nd,and 3rd reactors were 0.63%, 0.47% and 0. 17%, the corresponding temperature rises were 31.8,28.9 and 15.9 ℃ respectively, and the service life of all catalysts loaded in the 3 reaetorsexceeded 3 years. For the commercial test in Liaoy- ang, when the acetylene mass fraction at the inlet of the 1st reactor ranged between 1.9% and 2.5% ,the total selectivity in an average reached 43% ,the acet- ylene removal rates in an average for the 1 st and 2 nd reactors were 1.85% and 0.35%, the corresponding temperature rises were 76.4 and 23.1℃ respective- ly ,and the expected service life of both catalysts in the 2 reactors would exceed 3 years.
