除氧工艺在连续重整装置上的应用

摘    要:为解决连续重整装置因原料预加氢系统压降上升较快而运行周期较短、负荷较低问题,延长石油(集团)有限公司在120万t/a连续重整装置上应用了除氧工艺.结果表明,除氧设施投用前原料油中溶解氧的质量浓度为2.858~10.003 μg/L,预加氢反应器压降增长率为6×10-3 MPa/d;除氧设施投用后石脑油中溶解氧的质量浓度为0.011~0.143 μg/L,预加氢反应器压降增长率为4×10 -4MPa/d.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of shorter running period and lower load due to the rapid pres- sure rise of prehydrogenation system in a continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) unit, the deoxidization process was applied in a 1.2 Mt/a CCR unit of Yan- chang Petroleum ( Group ) Co Ltd. The results showed that the mass concentration of oxygen in ma- terial oil decreased to 0. 011 -0. 143μg/L, and thepressure rise rate in the prehydrogenation reactor de- creased to 4× 10^-4MPa/d after applying the deoxi- dization process,compared to the mass concentration of oxygen in material oil of 2. 858 - 10. 003 μg/L and the pressure rise rate of 6 ×10^-3MPa/d before the application of deoxidization process.
