| 摘 要： | 较详细地阐述了在Windows环境下 ,使用Delphi6 .0开发的部颁CDT规约解释器的开发设计思想 ,及软件的设计方法。同时 ,对于电力行业应用广泛的新部颁CDT规约 (DL4 5 1- 91)和武汉水电部规约 (称老部颁规约 ) ,本规约解释器解决了该两种规约在实际工作 ,特别是在现场工作时 ,一直没有一个简单易用、功能齐备的测试软件问题 ,对从事电力行业远功、调度工作的人员有很好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | Softwae design method and design thinking of the CDT protocol explainer developed by Delphi6.0 in Windows condition are descirbed in detail. As to the CDT protocol(DL451_91) issued by the Ministry of Power industry and the old protocol issued by the Ministry of Water Resource and Power Industry, the explainer solves the problem of testing software of the two protocols, and is easy for usage and of perfect functions. It is of practical value for operators in power telecontrol and dispatch. |
