新型环氧树脂固化剂2-烷基苯并咪唑的研究

摘    要:用实验室自制的2-烷基苯并咪唑做环氧树脂固化剂,通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)、凝胶实验、FT IR等方法研究其与环氧树脂E-51的固化过程,发现取代基碳链增加,潜伏性增加,并且有很好的力学性能和吸湿性。初步探讨了2-烷基苯并咪唑的固化机理,结果发现其与烷基咪唑近似,同样遵循Heise固化机理。

Abstract:The curing process of epoxy resin used 2-alkyl benzimidazole made in themself laboratory as a curing agent was studied using FT-IR,DSC,Gel experiment and showed that the mechanical properties of its thermosets were better,the hygroscopicity was lower and the time of coagulation and pot life,latent period increased,with the chain length of alkylmoleccler lengthened.The curing mechanism of this system was same as 2-alkyl imidazole/E-51 system and followed Heise mechanism.
