摘    要:研究了醋酐氢解合成乙醛反应所用催化剂的性质和影响反应过程的各种因素。实验结果表明,Pt/C催化剂在210℃以下使用,钯晶不生长,活性基本不变,而采用5%(mass)的钯/碳催化剂对该反应有良好的催化活性,反应条件温和,乙醛的选择性高(>98%),温度、空速、m(H2)/m(Ac2O)比对反应的转化率和选择性均有影响。

Study of preparation of acetaldehyde via acetic anhydride hydrogenolysisⅠ.Catalyst and reaction process
Abstract:ydrogenolysis of acetic anhydride to acetaldehyde is an important sub process for preparation of vinyl acetate from methanol and syngas. The catalyst for hydrogenolysis and the factors effecting the reaction are discussed in this paper. The experiment results show that a catalyst of 5 wt% palladium/active carbon has good catalytic activity. The reaction conditions are mild, and the selectivity to acetaldehyde is no less than 98%. Temperature, space velocity, and m(H2)/m(Ac2O) ratio have effects on conversion and selectivity of the reaction.
