食品中蔗糖检测方法的研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱仪(配示差折光检测器),摸索出对食品中蔗糖测定的色谱条件和前处理方法,进行准确定量测定的研究。标准曲线有较好的线性关系,方法回收率在95%~105%之间;RSD<3.0%,精密度高;方法最低检出限为0.9g/kg,方法定量限为3.0g/kg。

Abstract:By using the high performance liquid chromatography(differential refraction detector),chromatogram conditions of emerging peak and pretreatment methods of food have been studied in this paper.At the same time,Sucrose content can be determined,and its qualitative and quantitative tests in this method have been done.The experimental results show that linear relation of this method is preferable,recovery of this method was more than 95%~105%;RSD <3.0%,precision of this method is high and the least detecting...
