从APMP制浆废液分离所得半纤维素的改性和应用

摘    要:以从APMP制浆废液中分离的半纤维素为原料,将其用醚化剂阳离子化后用于纸张物理性能的增强.结果表明,阳离子半纤维素的最佳制备条件是醚化剂用量为100%、NaOH用量为6%(均为对半纤维素绝干质量比)、反应时间为4 h和温度为65℃,此时得到取代度为0.08的季铵型半纤维素.采用红外光谱对改性前后半纤维素的结构进行表征.改性后的季铵型半纤维素对阔叶木浆、针叶木浆以及OCC纸浆均具有明显的增强作用.
