低压火炬气回收系统技术改造

摘    要:燕山分公司炼油厂针对近年新增不合理瓦斯排放点;全厂排放点多,排放损失量较大;瓦斯回收能力与排放量不匹配;部分瓦斯管线腐蚀严重,存在隐患等问题;对低压火炬气回收系统进行了技术改造.在投资很小的前提下,实现了低压火炬回收系统关键设备更新和管网维护,回收了车用液化石油气散装站台放空气体、柴油加氢装置脱硫气体、柴油加氢装置排放低压火炬气体,3号火炬排放气体,基本消灭了火炬排放.

Abstract:The increased number of gas vents in the refinery of SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Co. , Ltd in recent years has resulted in greater emission losses and inadequate capacity of flare system for the vented gas. Some gas pipelines suffered from sevious corrosion and potential hazard existed in the system. After the critical equipment was replaced and pipeline system was maintained in the revamp of the low-pressure flare system with small investment, the vented gas of motor LPG loading platform, the desulfurization gas and vented gas to low-pressure flare from diesel hydrotreating unit and vented gas of No. 3 flare are recovered. No gas is emitted through flare.
