基于产品功能的房体表层抹灰机结构设计

从产品的功能设计角度出发,设计了一种多功能房体表层抹灰机,对该设备设置了升降机构与移动机构,能够实现全方位的抹灰操作,以满足粉墙、抹地、粉顶、房体表层抹灰机械化作业,具有成本低、操作简便、运行稳定、移动便捷的特点,能很好地适用于室内外建筑工程,尤其适用于大面积房体表层抹灰机械化作业.

Building Surface Plastering Machine Construction Design Based on Product Function

Based on product function, a multi functional Wall Surface Plastering Machine has been designed in this paper. The equipment installed lifting mechanism and the moving mechanism, able to achieve the full range of plastering operation. The equipment could meet the need of Wall, floor, roof and the house surface plastering mechanized operations. It has been proved in the test that the system has low cost, good mobility, simple operation and stable operation, which could be well applied to indoor and outdoor construction especially suitable for a large area of the building surface plastering machine operation.
