摘    要:采用浸渍法制备出Cu-Ni/Al2O3催化剂。研究了催化剂还原温度及加氢反应条件对乙炔加氢反应的影响。结果表明,催化剂最佳还原温度为400℃。当最佳加氢反应条件为温度55℃,空速7 000 h-1,H2/C2H2(摩尔比)2.00时,乙炔转化率、乙烯选择性和收率分别为89.34%,84.48%,75.48%。

Abstract:Cu-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. The influences of reduction temperature of the catalyst and hydrogenation reaction condition on the performance of hydrogenation of acetylene over Cu-Ni/Al2O3 catalyst were inves- tigated. The results showed that the acetylene conversion, ethylene selectivity and ethylene yield were 89.34% ,84.48% ,75.48% respectively under the optimum hydrogenation reaction conditions of temperature 55℃ , space speed 7 000 h-l , H2/C2H2 (mole ratio) 2.00.
