高密度聚乙烯催化剂ZLF-1的聚合性能研究

摘    要:通过实验研究了Mg/Ti系催化剂ZLF-1的聚合性能,考察了ZLF-1的均聚合性能、氢调敏感性、共聚合性能。结果表明,自制的催化剂ZLF-1聚合活性较高,应用分子量调节剂可使熔融指数在一定范围内得到有效调整,与丙烯共聚时的共聚性能较好。

Abstract:Experimental research was made to the polymerization performance of Mg/Ti-family catalyst ZLF-1,and the homopolymerization performance,Hydrogen modification sensitivity and copolymerization performance of ZLF-1 was investigated.The result showed,the self-made catalyst ZLF-1 has high activity.Application of molecular weight modifier can effectively modify the melt index in a certain range.This PE has good copolymerization performance when copolymerized with PP.
