ZSM-5纳米分子筛碳四芳构化催化剂再生工艺

摘    要:以空气(含氧体积分数为6.0%~21.0%)和氮气的混合气体为再生气,在再生气体积空速为400 h-1,入口温度为300~400℃,再生时间为90~132 h的条件下,对积炭质量分数为21.3%的失活ZSM-5纳米分子筛碳四芳构化催化剂进行再生。以碳四烯烃质量分数为55.10%的混合碳四为原料,对再生催化剂芳构化性能进行了评价。结果表明,再生催化剂外观与新鲜催化剂相当。选用前者,碳四烯烃转化率达到99.48%,C5及C5+组分质量分数为46.95%,液相产物中芳烃质量分数为46.13%,与新鲜催化剂芳构化性能相似。

Abstract:The deactivated nano- sized ZSM -5 zeolite catalyst for C4 fraction aromatization (the mass fraction of carbon deposit 21.3% ) was regenerated with the mixture of air ( the volume fraction of 02 6.0% -21.0% )and N2 as regeneration gas under the condition of volume space velocity 400 h -1, inlet temperature 300 - 400 ℃, regeneration time 90 - 132 h. The aromatization behavior of regenerated catalyst was evaluated with the mixed C4 fraction (the mass fraction of C4 alkenes 55.10% )as materiM. The results showed that the appearance of regenerated catalyst was consistent with that of fresh one. Using the regenerated catalyst,the conversion of C4 alkenes reached 99.48% , the mass fraction of C5 and C~ fraction 46.95% , the mass fraction of aro- matic hydrocarbons in liquid product 46.13%. Its aromatization was the same as fresh one.
