摘    要:介绍了大马力拖拉机中薄壁类内花键齿轮零件加工工艺的优化过程,分析了在实际加工该零件的过程中遇到的装夹困难与变形等问题,找到了加工中的难点和瓶颈,阐述了薄壁类内花键齿轮零件的加工工艺方法.经过不断的试制实践,工艺方法的改进,从根本上了解决了该类零件的难加工问题.

Abstract:The optimization of the machining process of a part in my factory horsepower tractors was described, clamping difficulties and deformation of a thin wall splined gear parts encountered in the actual process were analyzed, and the machining difficulties and bottlenecks were found, by improving the process method in the constant practice, fundamentally solved the difficult in machining parts on the processing method of the thin wall splined gear parts.
