摘    要:设计了一种超大型钢锭(目前已达60t)的翻转装置,通过精确的理论计算,优化设计参数(如功率、扭矩、速比等),制定了最优的传动方案.针对超大型设备的制造,采取了更经济、更简便的制造工艺.现已成功地投入实践应用.为今后类似设备的设计、制造提供了经验.

Abstract:Design a kind of reversal equipment for super large steel ingot, which has reached 60t at current. Through accurate theory calculation and design parameters, as power, torque and speed rate, the best drive proposal is made. The more economical and easier manufacture process is take up with the manufacture of super larger equipment, which has been used successfully and provide valued experience in designing and producing similar equipment in future.
