大型长轴深井泵扬水管加工工艺研究

摘    要:详细介绍了大型长轴深井泵扬水管在泵组运行过程中的功用,说明了两端法兰配合面位置精度的重要性.从多角度、多方面对扬水管的特点进行了透彻分析,确定出扬水管加工的2个基本工艺途径.根据扬水管实际生产中所用的加工设备和扬水管的加工数量等主要因素,以及对各种扬水管加工实践过程的认真总结,得出了几种简便可行的加工工艺.根据实际情况确定合适的加工方法,可提高经济效益.

Abstract:The functions of water pipes which are used in long shaft deep well submerged pump when running were introduced, and the importance of the shape and position accuracy between two surfaces of flanges was explained. The characteristics of water pipes were analyzed from different views, and then two kinds of processing technology were confirmed. According to the processing equipment and the quantity of processing water pipes, several simple and doable methods were gotten. It is need to find the right method according practice to improve the economic.
