摘    要:对Spheripol聚丙烯液相本体法环管工艺在生产过程中细粉产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了减少细粉产生的措施。结果表明,控制催化剂的活性、粒径及其分布,以及预接触时间和预聚合中丙烯的转化率是减少细粉产生的关键因素。

Abstract:The reasons for yielding fine powder in propylene liquid phase bulk polymerization by Sphe- ripol loop process was analyzed, and the measures to reduce the fine powder was suggested. The results showed that controlling the activity,partiele size and its distribution of the catalyst, as well as the pre - contact time and propylene conversion in pre- polymerization were the key factors to reduce powder.
