双轴太阳能跟踪器的设计与实现

摘    要:文中介绍了一种智能型双轴全自动太阳能跟踪器的原理及结构。该仪器采用单片机作为系统的控制核心,通过检测不同情况下硅光电池的输出电压组合来计算太阳方位,输出PWM波驱动步进电机控制机械装置。系统同时增加了断电数据保护及大风、阴天的检测功能,进一步提升了稳定性、可靠性及实用性。

Abstract:The principle and structure of an intelligent two-axis automatic solar tracker are proposed. The instrument adopts single chip microcomputer as the core of system control, and the calculation of the sun's position is based on combination of the output voltage of the silicon photocell in different cases, then stepping motor are driven by Ihe output PWM wave to control the mechanical device. The reliability, stability and practicality of the system are further enhanced by the extra power-off protection, windy and cloudy day detection functions.
