摘    要:通过对挖掘机液压系统的功率损失分析,探究了液压系统过热的原因和危害。按元件能量损失和按系统输入功率和执行元件有效输出功率两种方式计算液压系统的产热。根据挖掘机产热大的实际情况,基于热平衡从油箱和冷却器两种液压元件计算液压系统的散热。

Abstract:Based on the power loss analysis of excavator hydraulic system, the causes and hazards of hydraulic system overheating are explored. According to component energy loss and the system input power and effective output power of executive components, the hydraulic system heat production is calculated. Taken into at.count the large heat production of excavator and based on the heat balance, the heat dissipation of mailbox and cooler is ealeulated.
