硼酸改性聚乙烯醇薄膜的制备及性能研究

摘    要:将溶液浇铸法制得的聚乙烯醇(PVA)薄膜用不同温度的硼酸饱和溶液进行不同时间的改性处理,对改性后薄膜的耐热性和耐水性进行了研究。结果表明:经过硼酸溶液改性处理后,PVA薄膜的热变形温度Tg小幅度上升,Tm呈下降趋势;从吸湿率的变化来看,改性处理后,薄膜的耐水性得到明显提高。

Abstract:The poly(vinyl alcohol) film was prepared by casting the aqueous solution containing 10%wt PVA,subsequently was immersed into boric acid solution with a variety of concentration and the dipping time was also controlled.The thermal performance and water resistance of the modified film were investigated.The result indicated: after modification,the glass transition temperature(Tg) of the film increased but melting point decreased.The water resistance of the film was strengthened obviously.
