摘    要:采用自制的LHQ-11催化剂,在Unipol气相法聚乙烯中试装置(50 kg/h)上,制备了牌号为PC 1827 H的茂金属聚乙烯中试产品,并在3层共挤流延机中用其生产出性能较好的流延膜。结果表明,PC 1827 H与进口茂金属聚乙烯(牌号为3518 CB)相比,熔体流动速率较低,二者相对分子质量分布相近,前者数均和重均相对分子质量高于后者。与3518 CB相比,PC 1827 H用于制备流延膜时,薄膜的落镖冲击强度和横向性能好,纵向性能较差。用PC 1827 H生产的流延膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等性能均可满足使用要求。

Abstract:Metallocene linear low -density poly- ethylene pilot product PC 1827 H was synthesized with self- made catalyst LHQ - 11 in a 50 kg/h Unipol gas phase polyethylene pilot unit, and was applied to the 3 - layer co - extrusion casting ma- chine to produce the cast film of better properties. The results showed that the melt flow rate of PC 1827 H was lower than that of 3518 CB (inport prod- uct) ,the relative molecular mass distribution of the two was similar, and both the number average rela- tive molecular mass and the weight average relative molecular mass of the former were higher than those of the latter. Compared with the cast film of 3518 CB,the cast film of PC 1827 H had higher dart impact strength, better lateral mechanical properties and poor longitudinal mechanical properties. The tensile strength, elongation at break and other properties of the cast film produced with PC 1827 H could meet the application requirements of customers.
