摘    要:评标是工程项目招标程序中极为重要的环节。利用BP神经网络的自学习、自适应及非线性逼近能力 ,建立了针对综合评分法的基于BP神经网络的工程项目评标模型 ,并利用Matlab的神经网络工具箱进行开发实现。经过实证研究 ,表明了该模型的有效性 ,并为网上在线评标提供了一种科学、可行的评标模型

Abstract:It is very important to evaluate a bidding of construction project.By utilizing the properties of self-study and self-adaptive of BP neural network that can approximate any nonlinear continuous function,the evaluation model for evaluating a bidding of construction projce in integrated graded approach is set up and carried out by the toolbox of Matlab.Through the simulation study with practical instance data,the model presented very good performance and offers a scientific and doable model especially for on-line bidding evaluation.
