| Abstract: | The necessity and importance of project claim management are elaborated. In view of the questions existed in claim management in construction enterprises at present and combined with practical work and working experiences suggestions are proposed, in order to do claim work well, reasonably reduce the cost losses and protect legal rights of enterprises. |
