摘 要: | 为了满足飞机结构件轻量化的设计要求,模拟了无人机起落架电传作动筒在飞机着陆阶段的载荷情况,对设计的电传作动筒主要承力零件进行了有限元分析。通过静力学仿真和动力学仿真,得到主要承力零件的应力云图、位移云图及应力随时间变化图,并根据相关仿真结果进行优化设计,在满足结构功能需求的情况下对电传作动筒各零件进行减重。

Finiet element analysis and optimization design of the electric actuating cylinder for UAV landing gear |

Abstract: | In order to meet the lightweight design requirements for aircraft structures , it simulates the load condi-tion of electric actuating cylinder of UAV landing gear in aircraft landing phase , takes the finite element analysis on the main load-bearing components of electric actuating cylinder , obtains the stress and displacement distri-bution curve and the stress variation with time of the main bearing parts in statics and dynamics simulations . Based on above simulation results it realizes the optimal design for electric actuating cylinder parts in meeting function requirements . |
