摘 要: | 介绍了一种锥齿轮周转轮系运动学分析方法。建立轮系有向图模型,得到节点-边关联矩阵、路径矩阵、生成树矩阵和回路基矩阵,结合螺旋理论,通过将轮系中各运动副表示成螺旋的形式,获得轮系构件相对角速度方程及各构件的绝对角速度。以汽车后桥差速器为例,给出了系统的分析过程。该方法具有简单、规范、通用性较强、易于编程的特点,可适用于多自由度、结构复杂的空间锥齿轮周转轮系,为其自动化、智能化设计提供了理论依据。

Kinematic analysis of bevel gear epicyclic trains |

Abstract: | It presents a kinematic analysis method for the bevel gear epicyclic trains .Using graph theory , it builds the directed graph model , obtains the node -edge incidence matrix , path matrix, spanning tree matrix and cycle basis matrix .Then it uses a screw to describe a kinematic pair of the gear train , acquires relative an-gular velocity equation and link absolute angular velocities of the gear train .Taking car rear axle differential as an illustration , it establishes the systematic analysis process .The results show that the method is simple , norma-tive and workable for various spacial bevel gear epicyclic trains with complex structure and multi -degree of free-dom, and provides a theoretical basis for the automatic and intelligent design of gear trains . |
