摘 要: | 为了解决煤炭矿井中提升机传统控制系统存在的问题,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器和视窗控制中心的变频调速提升机监控系统.针对提升机工作过程和性能要求,设计了提升机控制系统的硬件和软件.在硬件设计上主要采用可编程逻辑控制器和视窗控制中心作为主控,软件则是采用PLC Step7和WinCC进行编程.实践证明,该控制系统稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强、运行平稳,能够满足矿山生产的需要,具有一定的应用价值.

Design of the frequency control of motor speed for elevator monitoring system based on PLC and WinCC |

Abstract: | Aiming at improving the traditional elevator control system in coal mine, it designs the frequency con-trol of motor speed for elevator monitoring system based on PLC and WinCC.It analyzes the requirement of work-ing process and function, develops the hardware and software of elevator monitoring system.It uses the PLC and WinCC as main control unit, programs the system based on PLC Step7 and WinCC.The application shows that the system is stable operation and reliable, has strong anti-interference ability and certain application value, meets the requirement of mine production. |
