摘 要: | 煤矿提升机是确保煤矿安全高效生产的关键设备,本文针对HSVE2.8型提升机的故障特点,按照机械故障和电气故障进行分类,进而基于模糊数学理论设计出一套故障诊断专家系统,对其结构组成和诊断方法进行介绍,并在提升机齿轮泵的故障诊断中成功应用,达到了预期效果。

Abstract: | Coal mine hoist is the key equipment to ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.Aiming at the fault characteristics of HSVE2.8 hoist,based on the classification of mechanical and electrical faults and fuzzy mathematics theory,the paper designs a set of fault diagnosis expert system and introduces its structural composition,diagnostic methods and the successful application in fault diagnosis of gear pump in hoist,which achieves the desired results. |
