Growth of Rare-Earth-Doped K2LaCl5, K2BaCl4, and K2SrCl4 Single Crystals

Abstract:Processes are described for the synthesis and melt growth of rare-earth-doped K2LaCl5, K2BaCl4, and K2SrCl4, using rare-earth oxides as starting materials.
