摘    要:以特级松香为原料,以自制的离子液体[bmim]Br/ZnCl2作为溶剂和催化剂,在微波辐射下,进行松香聚合反应。通过单因素实验,确定最优反应条件为:松香与离子液体[bmim]Br/ZnCl2的质量比1∶2.5,离子液体中[bmim]Br和ZnCl2的摩尔比1∶2,反应温度60℃,反应时间1 h。在该条件下得到的目标产物的质量指标都达到聚合松香的国标要求。该离子液体易于与反应产物分离,且可以循环使用4次。

Abstract:In the presence of ionic liquid Br/ZnCl_2 as solvent and catalyst,polymerized rosin was synthesized by the polymerization of rosin under microwave irradiation.By the single factor experimentation,the optimum reaction conditions were found to be as follows: the mass ratio of rosin to Br/ZnCl_2 1∶2.5,the molar ratio of Br to ZnCl_2 1∶2,reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 1 h.Under the optimum conditions,all the quality indexes of the target product were in agreement with the national standards for polymerized rosin.The ionic liquid could be easily separated from the product and reused for four times.
